MakanKita lets you browse the public directory without signing in. When you join, your mobile number is used for verification and account security. We do not ask for NRIC, payment data, precise background location or contact lists.

Business listing enquiries record your name, mobile number, business, area and contact language so our authorised team can arrange a visit. These contact details are not published, and submitting an enquiry does not create an account or subscribe you to marketing.

Launch waitlist signup records your mobile number, area, diner or business interest, business name where applicable, preferred language and consent to launch updates or business follow-up. Your number is not published and signup does not create an account or send an OTP. To withdraw consent or request removal, email admin@makankita.com; we may need to verify the request before changing records.

A diner account is created after mobile verification. Stamps require an eligible visit confirmed by authorised outlet staff. Merchants cannot view customer information across other merchants.

Privacy requests are recorded for controlled handling. Submitting a request does not automatically delete or alter records; identity checks and a documented outcome are required.

Use the privacy controls to submit an access or deletion request. We review requests and verify identity before taking action.
